Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and end-user support for the Dynamics 365 F&O platform
• Configure system settings, including legal entities and security roles/permissions
• Identify and support process improvements, enhancements, and system optimization
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional needs
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and third-party consultants
• Coordinate and perform functional testing, including UAT and deployment support
• Support system releases, regression testing, and maintain RSAT automation scripts
• Monitor system performance and track issues

Requirements

• Exposure to finance/accounting functions (e.g., GL, AP, AR)
• Interest in troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to work across technical and business teams
• Ability to work fully in-office in Atlanta, GA

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX
• Familiarity with RSAT or other automated testing tools
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience documenting business requirements or functional specifications
• Exposure to integrations, data management, or Microsoft Power Platform
