Dynamics 365 F&O Expert/Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including analysis, design, build, test, and deployment
• Translate complex business requirements into functional solutions and system configurations
• Act as a subject matter expert for Finance and/or Operations modules (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Design scalable business processes and ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor through workshops and demos
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to functional consultants and analysts
• Ensure proper usage of Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and maintain high-quality documentation

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX
• Proven experience with end-to-end ERP implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Deep understanding of Operations modules such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading or mentoring a team of consultants
• Dynamics certifications
• Experience with multi-country or complex digital transformation programs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform or Azure integrations
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
