Dynamics 365 BC Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 BC implementation projects from initiation through go-live
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resources while managing risks
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure alignment with Dynamics 365 BC capabilities
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including developers, consultants, vendors, and business teams
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial and time constraints
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s best practices and standards
• Drive change management and end-user adoption efforts through training and communication plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC modules and functionality
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration tools
