About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for designated equipment
- Answer client questions in a professional manner
- Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement
- Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria
- Complete all administrative tasks and real-time reporting associated with each call
- Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment
- Follow all safety policies and guidelines
Requirements
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to drive to client locations and occasionally overnight
- Ability to lift or move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ownership of a basic repair tool kit
