About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site 2nd and 3rd line technical support for all HPM products
- Act as the technical Escalation Owner, managing coordination and administration for modality-specific issues
- Monitor escalations for direct and indirect channels to drive process efficiency and compliance
- Provide formal technical training through the Philips Academy and on-site sessions
- Consolidate and prioritize field product issues to drive improvement initiatives within the market organization
- Analyze market modality performance data and deploy improvement initiatives in cooperation with the BIU
- Support sales by providing solution designs for complex configurations based on customer requirements
- Lead on-site "First of a Kind" projects and installations to coach local Field Service Engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Medical, Science, or an equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years of technical troubleshooting experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Deep technical knowledge of Intellivue and PICiX products
- Expertise in healthcare IT environments, integration tools, and Microsoft Windows server systems
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) and the local language at a minimum C1 level
- Green Belt or equivalent certification
- Ability to travel approximately 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Networking knowledge or CISCO CCNA certification
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in benchmarking and driving change across distributor networks
