About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Workplace Support (DWS) operations and guide L1/L2 support teams
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for workplace incidents and service requests
- Manage Windows OS, system performance, patching, and device lifecycle
- Deploy and manage devices using enterprise MDM solutions like Intune or Workspace ONE
- Manage and troubleshoot VDI environments using VMware Horizon or Citrix
- Provide L1/L2 diagnosis for network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues
- Maintain documentation for SOPs, knowledge base articles, and system configurations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service performance and ticket trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and device management
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policies
- Experience with MDM platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar)
- Mandatory certification in VMware or Citrix
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Basic understanding of Voice-related technologies (VoIP, SIP)
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
