Duty Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to brand requirements, company policy, and regulatory standards.
• Manage safety and security outcomes through hazard identification, compliance monitoring, and proactive reporting.
• Coordinate special guest requirements, including VIP, MAAS, PRM, and other special category guests.
• Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruptions and minimize impact on guest service.
• Execute station emergency response plans, disruption planning, and business continuity protocols.
• Drive on-time performance by coordinating, mitigating, and reporting on flight delays.
• Monitor and promote airport ancillary sales and customer service KPIs.
• Make critical day-to-day operational decisions to mitigate safety and security risks at the station level.

Requirements

• Degree level education (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 5-7 years of experience within the service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry.
• Proven supervisory experience in a high-pressure, multicultural, and shift-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of aviation, travel industry, and/or airport policies.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a mature professional personality.
• Ability to balance guest-centric service with corporate interests and strict safety standards.
