Duty Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to checklists, brand requirements, and regulatory standards
• Manage safety and security outcomes through hazard identification, compliance monitoring, and reporting
• Coordinate special guest requirements, including VIP, MAAS, and PRM passengers
• Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruptions and maintain service integrity
• Execute station emergency response plans, disruption planning, and business continuity protocols
• Drive on-time performance by coordinating, mitigating, and reporting flight delays
• Monitor and promote airport ancillary sales and customer service KPIs
• Make real-time operational decisions to mitigate safety and security risks at the station level

Requirements

• Degree level education (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or equivalent relevant industry experience
• 5-7 years of experience in the service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry
• Proven supervisory experience in a highly pressured, multicultural, shift-based environment
• Strong knowledge of aviation, travel industry, and airport policies
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a passion for service delivery
• Ability to balance guest-centric focus with corporate interests and safety standards
