Duty Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis
• Manage safety and security outcomes through hazard identification and compliance monitoring
• Coordinate VIP, MAAS, PRM, and special category guest requirements
• Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruptions
• Deliver and rehearse station emergency response and business continuity plans
• Manage on-time performance, including coordination and mitigation of delays
• Promote airport ancillary sales and monitor process compliance
• Monitor and report on customer service standards and KPIs
• Ensure adherence to local authority requirements and documentation
• Make operational decisions to mitigate safety and security risks

Requirements

• Degree level education or relevant industry experience
• Previous supervisory experience in a highly pressured, multicultural, shift-based environment
• 5-7 years of experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail industries
• Knowledge of aviation, travel industry, or airport policies
• Outstanding communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to balance guest-centric focus with safety and security standards
