Duty Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations, overseeing team and service provider performance.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage and mitigate safety and security-related risks.
• Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations to ensure adherence to checklists, brand requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage special guest requirements, including VIP, PRM, and special category guests.
• Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruptions and recovery.
• Maintain and rehearse station emergency response plans, disruption planning, and business continuity plans.
• Drive on-time performance through effective coordination and accurate reporting of delays.
• Monitor and report on customer service standards and ancillary sales targets.

Requirements

• Degree level education (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in the service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry.
• Proven supervisory experience within a multicultural, high-pressure shift environment.
• Strong knowledge of aviation, travel industry, and/or airport policies.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a passion for service excellence.
• Ability to balance guest-centric focus with corporate interests and strict safety standards.
