Duty Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations, overseeing team and service provider performance.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage and mitigate safety and security-related risks.
• Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations to ensure adherence to checklists, brand requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage operational disruption recovery by liaising with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC.
• Ensure all flight editing and special guest requirements are met, including VIP, PRM, and special category guests.
• Deliver and rehearse station emergency response plans, disruption planning, and business continuity plans.
• Monitor and report on customer service standards and performance against associated KPIs.
• Drive airport ancillary sales promotion and ensure process compliance.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in the service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry.
• Previous supervisory experience in a highly pressured, multicultural, shift-based environment.
• Degree level education (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of aviation, travel industry, and/or airport policies.
• Outstanding communication and supervisory skills with a mature personality.
• Ability to balance guest-centric focus with corporate interests and strict safety/security standards.
