About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure team members complete training and hold valid SIA licences
- Manage staff rosters, leave, sickness, and absences
- Support, coach, and monitor Security Officers
- Maintain professional standards and conduct
- Report incidents in line with procedures
- Deliver and review operational and emergency training
- Monitor and report equipment faults
- Maintain proficiency in Access Control, CCTV, Detection Systems, and Alarm Systems
- Act as the first point of contact for security issues
