Duty Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by providing genuine service and product guidance
• Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the store and running the Saturday shift
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and merchandising
• Contribute to sales performance through upselling and efficient transaction processing
• Manage stock processes including receiving, dispatching, and storing inventory
• Maintain a strong safety focus for teammates and customers
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic team culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
• Proven ability to work confidently in a fast-paced sales environment
• A "can-do" attitude and a team-focused mindset
