Duty Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by providing genuine service and product guidance
• Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the store and running the Sunday shift
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and merchandising
• Process stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing items
• Contribute to positive sales performance through upselling and efficient till processing
• Maintain a strong safety focus for teammates and customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail or sales environment
• A team-focused, "can-do" attitude

• An interest in the automotive industry
