About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests are treated efficiently and in accordance with Radisson standards
- Train, coach, and mentor new team members
- Comply with Front Office quality standards, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate guest satisfaction
- Assist in daily room inventory maintenance to optimize revenue
- Supervise concierge, one touch service, and front desk divisions
- Manage Radisson Rewards membership recognition
- Drive brand standard programs and Front Desk up-selling initiatives
- Liaise with AFOM on staffing and performance levels
- Assist the Director of Rooms in smooth department operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Desk in a similar capacity
- Fluency in Arabic
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments
- Pro-active and hands-on approach
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments
- Passion for the hospitality industry
