Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with all departments to maintain seamless service flow across the property
- Support the Front Office team in maintaining high service standards and room readiness
- Ensure guest safety, security, and satisfaction are prioritized at all times
- Monitor operational issues and report findings to senior management
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a Front Office or Duty Manager role within a 4–5-star hotel
- Strong leadership, guest service, and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle complaints and operational issues efficiently
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Multilingual skills: Fluency in Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic is highly preferred
