Freedom Leisure is a not-for-profit leisure trust dedicated to supporting local communities and encouraging active lifestyles through various facilities and programs, from swimming lessons to walking football.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage, develop, and motivate a team of operational staff
• Oversee the day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to high standards
• Contribute to the business and budgetary performance of the centre
• Act as a proactive member of the leisure centre team
• Organize events and activities to improve community wellbeing

Requirements

• Experience in Duty Management or a similar role
• Experience in staff management, customer service, and problem-solving
• Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making confidence
• Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
• RLSS National pool qualification (desirable, training can be provided)
