Responsibilities
- Actively manage, develop, and motivate a team of operational staff
- Oversee the day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to high standards
- Contribute to the business and budgetary performance of the centre
- Act as a proactive member of the leisure centre team
- Organize events and activities to improve community wellbeing
Requirements
- Experience in Duty Management or a similar role
- Experience in staff management, customer service, and problem-solving
- Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making confidence
- Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
- RLSS National pool qualification (desirable, training can be provided)
