About the role

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage, develop, and motivate a team of operational staff
  • Responsible for the day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard
  • Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre
  • Act as a proactive member of the leisure centre team
  • Ensure the best levels of service are achieved through friendly, clean, and safe facilities

Requirements

  • Experience in a Duty Management or similar role
  • Experience in problem solving, customer service, and staff management
  • Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making confidence
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
  • Passion for the industry and continuous professional development
