About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively manage, develop, and motivate a team of operational staff
- Responsible for the day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard
- Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre
- Act as a proactive member of the leisure centre team
- Ensure the best levels of service are achieved through friendly, clean, and safe facilities
Requirements
- Experience in a Duty Management or similar role
- Experience in problem solving, customer service, and staff management
- Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making confidence
- Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
- Passion for the industry and continuous professional development
