Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of operational staff
  • Oversee day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
  • Contribute to the business and budgetary performance of the centre
  • Act as a proactive member of the leisure centre team

Requirements

  • Experience in a Duty Management or similar role
  • Experience in staff management, customer service, and problem solving
  • Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making confidence
  • Ability to respond effectively to variable demands
  • Passion for the leisure industry and professional development
