Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of operational staff
- Oversee day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
- Contribute to the business and budgetary performance of the centre
- Act as a proactive member of the leisure centre team
Requirements
- Experience in a Duty Management or similar role
- Experience in staff management, customer service, and problem solving
- Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making confidence
- Ability to respond effectively to variable demands
- Passion for the leisure industry and professional development
