About the role

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage, develop, and motivate a team of operational staff
  • Oversee day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to high standards
  • Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre
  • Ensure friendly, clean, and safe facilities for all customers
  • Act as a proactive member of the leisure centre team

Requirements

  • Experience in Duty Management or a similar role
  • Experience in problem solving, customer service, and staff management
  • Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making confidence
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
  • NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
  • First aid at work (training can be provided)
