About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively manage, develop, and motivate a team of operational staff
- Oversee day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to high standards
- Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre
- Ensure friendly, clean, and safe facilities for all customers
- Act as a proactive member of the leisure centre team
Requirements
- Experience in Duty Management or a similar role
- Experience in problem solving, customer service, and staff management
- Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making confidence
- Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
- NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
- First aid at work (training can be provided)
