About the role
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Provide clear, constructive, and inspiring feedback to team members
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the registers
- Maintain stock levels to ensure product availability for customers
- Monitor the store for incidents or hazards to maintain a safe environment
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
- Strong initiative to manage and improve work quality and efficiency
- Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, fairness, and responsibility
- Commitment to providing polite and courteous customer service
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
