Duty Manager

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Provide clear, constructive, and inspiring feedback to team members
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service at the registers
• Maintain stock levels to ensure product availability for customers
• Monitor the store for incidents or hazards to maintain a safe environment

Requirements

• Ability to use initiative to improve work quality and efficiency
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
• High level of professionalism, fairness, and responsibility
• Strong workload management skills, especially during busy periods
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and promote positive team spirit
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as part of the management team
