Duty Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth functioning across all departments
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and upholding luxury standards
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Prepare detailed shift reports and maintain accurate operational records
• Support and guide team members to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety policies

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
