About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day department operations to ensure high service standards and engaging guest interactions
- Handle guest concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure memorable guest experiences
- Manage operations and lead the team in the absence of the Manager or Head of Department
- Oversee training and daily task responsibilities for all subordinates
- Communicate daily priorities to employees to ensure personalized service delivery
Requirements
- Service-focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related property management system
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead by example and manage team dynamics
