About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure guests receive prompt and cordial attention
- Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of duties
- Ensure repeat guests and VIPs receive special recognition
- Control room availability, room types, and rate categories
- Maximize occupancy, revenue, and average rate
- Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and image standards
- Coordinate with Finance regarding credit policies and procedures
- Develop and execute training programs for staff
- Verify daily loyalty program points using HotelLink and ACDC platforms
- Act as the main escalation point for guest issues and complaints
Requirements
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to manage a multi-cultural workforce
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System
- Strong understanding of Front Office Operations
- Self-starter and mentor capable of motivating a team
- Flexible management style
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within Accor
