About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure guests receive prompt and cordial attention
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of duties
  • Ensure repeat guests and VIPs receive special recognition
  • Control room availability, room types, and rate categories
  • Maximize occupancy, revenue, and average rate
  • Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and image standards
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding credit policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute training programs for staff
  • Verify daily loyalty program points using HotelLink and ACDC platforms
  • Act as the main escalation point for guest issues and complaints

Requirements

  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a multi-cultural workforce
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Management System
  • Strong understanding of Front Office Operations
  • Self-starter and mentor capable of motivating a team
  • Flexible management style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within Accor
