Duty Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers on Duty with daily operations
• Address guests professionally and provide local recommendations
• Act as the first point of contact for incidents and guest complaints
• Manage Guest Relations activities and oversee ReviewPro responses
• Ensure Front Office and Food & Beverage procedures are followed
• Facilitate communication between all departments
• Conduct quality checks in public areas and guest rooms
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program (HBO level) or similar
• Available for a minimum of 6 months
• Strong communication skills in English
• Flexible to work operational shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands
