About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain all engineering systems and equipment across the hotel
- Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and water supply
- Respond promptly to engineering breakdowns, guest complaints, and operational requests
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and plant rooms
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules as per hotel standards
- Perform troubleshooting of engineering equipment and maintain detailed maintenance records
- Monitor fire and life safety systems and report issues immediately
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Hotel Engineering
- 4–5 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing
