Responsibilities
- Manage real-time airline operations and disruption recovery
- Coordinate crew activities including roster management and logistics
- Make rapid decisions to support schedule recovery and flight program integrity
- Communicate operational impacts and decisions to a broad network of stakeholders
Requirements
- Ability to assess competing priorities and make decisions under tight timeframes
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- Experience in airline, airport, or disruption management is highly regarded
