Duty Airport Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day airport operations across above and below wing functions
• Drive airport performance and operational excellence
• Lead continuous improvement and transformational initiatives
• Coach, support, and inspire high-performing teams
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial and operational objectives

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a complex operational environment
• Strong understanding of airport operations and aviation background
• Proven experience leading and developing teams
• Strong operational judgment and decision-making under pressure
• Commitment to safety leadership and regulatory compliance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Track record of achieving operational KPIs
