Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador providing a great customer experience
• Provide expert advice and conduct sales conversations with pre-qualified leads
• Manage pre-sales processes to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
• Manage sales processes with a focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch language skills
• Fluent English (B2 level)
• Experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment
• Strong computer skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Service-oriented, professional, and meticulous approach
• Must hold an EU passport
