Dutch Language Instructor

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging one-to-one Dutch language lessons tailored to adult students' levels, goals, and learning styles.
• Focus on improving student fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback.
• Encourage active participation to build student confidence in speaking and understanding Dutch.
• Adapt teaching methods and pace based on evolving student needs.
• Maintain professional communication with students and the project manager.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch.
• Proven experience teaching Dutch as a second language, preferably in a one-to-one setting.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch grammar, pronunciation, and usage.
• Ability to create engaging and personalized lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a student-centered approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Dutch, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.
