Dutch Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Support existing clients with operational and administrative inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales representatives and investment advisors
• Maintain contact with partner banks to coordinate and manage client-related processes
• Assist with reporting and preparing client-related documentation
• Build strong client relationships via telephone and email communication
• Contribute to improving processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• University degree or relevant experience (Finance, Economics, or Business preferred)
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Interest in financial services and client relationship management
• EU passport or valid work visa required
