About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Due Diligence group by conducting research and background investigations on transactions, individuals, entities, and organizations
  • Identify and mitigate associated sanctions, financial crime, and reputational risks
  • Seek ways to improve client onboarding processes, periodic client reviews, and quality control activities
  • Receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine questions or issues
  • Interact with the immediate team and the wider Due Diligence area to manage information flow
  • Engage indirectly with clients through relationship managers to support regulatory and policy requirements

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Due Diligence support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Flexibility to work various shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sanctions, PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), or Adverse Media research
