Due Diligence Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and background investigations on transactions, individuals, entities, organizations, or locations to identify and mitigate risks.
• Document findings to support regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Engage with clients directly or indirectly through relationship managers to ensure client satisfaction and policy compliance.
• Review basic issues, policies, or procedures related to lower-risk tasks and deliverables.
• Run periodic due diligence reporting processes reflective of the current business environment.
• Gather and input data to identify documentation required to meet regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Due Diligence experience, or equivalent experience in risk management, client service, operations support, or business process management.
• Demonstrated experience through work history, training, military experience, or education.
• Ability to exercise judgment while developing an understanding of functions, policies, and compliance requirements.
