About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and background investigations on transactions, individuals, entities, organizations, or locations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Document findings to support regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Engage with clients directly or indirectly through relationship managers to ensure client satisfaction and policy compliance.
- Review basic issues, policies, or procedures related to lower-risk tasks and deliverables.
- Run periodic due diligence reporting processes reflective of the current business environment.
- Gather and input data to identify documentation required to meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- 6+ months of Due Diligence experience, or equivalent experience in risk management, client service, operations support, or business process management.
- Demonstrated experience through work history, training, military experience, or education.
- Ability to exercise judgment while developing an understanding of functions, policies, and compliance requirements.
