Duckcreek Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and direction to development and QA teams
• Ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables that meet client standards and enterprise quality gates
• Review and validate solution designs, code quality, and test coverage
• Enforce adherence to architectural standards, security controls, and engineering best practices
• Coordinate build, integration, and testing activities across internal teams and partners
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, defects, and delivery dependencies
• Drive defect resolution and conduct root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Infrastructure teams
• Validate readiness for environment promotions, releases, and production deployments
• Provide technical status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership
