About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and develop Duck Creek solutions across Policy, Rating, Forms (Manuscript), and Billing modules
  • Lead technical reviews, ensure architectural alignment, and mentor development teams
  • Drive complex debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis across Duck Creek components
  • Validate technical specifications and maintain SDLC traceability
  • Define and review test scope and artifacts supporting SIT, UAT, and defect triage
  • Support CI/CD automation improvements and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Install, configure, and maintain Duck Creek application servers and infrastructure
  • Manage environment readiness, deployments, configuration migrations, and release activities
  • Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, logs, data flows, and performance issues
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders during onboarding, rollouts, and major environment changes

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Duck Creek, specifically within Commercial Lines Insurance
  • Proven experience leading transformation and migration initiatives
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage environment readiness and complex deployments
