About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform client work including bookkeeping, income-surplus calculations, and assisting with annual financial statements
- Maintain direct client contact through phone calls and preparing for advisory meetings
- Support ongoing client management through research, clarifications, and assisting with tax audits
- Utilize Tax-Tech environments and AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis
- Participate in internal digitalization and automation initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma (Abitur or Fachabitur) required for DHBW Stuttgart enrollment
- Conscientious and independent working style
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using AI tools for professional tasks
- High standard of quality and sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous practical experience in a commercial or tax environment
- Completed training as a tax assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r)
