Responsibilities

• Participate in a practice-integrated dual study program combining practical training at STRABAG with academic studies at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg
• Work on real-world construction projects during practical semesters to solve operational challenges
• Study core subjects including mathematics, mechanics, structural design, and construction physics
• Specialize in areas such as structural engineering, geotechnics, water, transport, and environment
• Focus on construction management through modules in business administration, law, and project management
• Complete a Bachelor's thesis during the practical phase of the 6th semester

Requirements

• General higher education entrance qualification (Allgemeine Hochschulreife) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
• Excellent grades in German, Mathematics, and Physics
• Strong interest in the construction industry, specifically in road and transport construction
• Ability to work effectively in teams and a strong willingness to learn
• Confident and curious professional demeanor
