Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year dual study program for a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on industry
• Alternate between academic theory at DHBW Ravensburg and practical application at Diehl Aviation every three months
• Rotate through various commercial departments including HR, Controlling, Financial Accounting, Sales, and Purchasing
• Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business processes within a global technology group
• Support the team with demanding projects while developing skills in planning, organization, and communication

Requirements

• General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Hochschulreife)
• Ideally, prior experience through school internships in a commercial field
• Ability to think across different subject areas and an interest in complex business processes
• Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and teamwork
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with MS Office
