Responsibilities

• Choose a study focus in Fitness Economics, Sports Economics, or Health Management
• Actively participate in relevant departments such as fitness area, classes, childcare, reception, member service, and administration
• Take on administrative and organizational tasks
• Develop sports offerings and training concepts
• Provide motivation, advice, and personal interaction for members and guests
• Work independently and contribute original ideas

Requirements

• Good to very good school leaving certificate with university entrance qualification
• Previous internships in related fields preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
• Team spirit, high willingness to learn, and motivation
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Confident communication skills in German and good English
