Dual Rate Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and support the Security Manager in daily operations
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Inspect officer appearance, abilities, and attitude to ensure adherence to standards
• Review schedules and reports, making necessary adjustments to manpower and equipment
• Conduct daily post checks and monitor manpower status boards
• Act as the on-scene Commander for all major incidents
• Assist in the preparation of employee evaluations and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure the safety and protection of the casino, employees, and guests

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to obtain a Virginia Gaming License from the VA Lottery
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds
• Ability to physically restrain adults weighing over 200 pounds
• Ability to tolerate environments containing secondhand smoke
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions and temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of law enforcement or military experience
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Previous experience in casino security
