Dual Massage Therapist/Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Provide high-end massage therapy and professional esthetic skin treatments adhering to company protocols.
• Maintain high standards of guest care to ensure relaxation, high retention, and increased retail sales.
• Educate guests on services, products, and personalized home care regimens.
• Actively promote spa treatments, retail products, packages, and seasonal promotions.
• Set up, clean, and restock treatment rooms according to luxury spa standards.
• Uphold universal health care protocols, sanitation, and sterilization standards.
• Attend scheduled departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops.

Requirements

• Applicable state license to perform massage and/or esthetic services.
• Accredited training in massage therapy and skin/waxing.
• 12–18 months of experience in a high-end resort or urban spa environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and the ability to identify contraindications for specific techniques.
• Computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
