Dual Massage Therapist Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard massage therapy and professional esthetic skin treatments in a luxury environment
• Deliver thorough and knowledgeable professional esthetics treatments adhering to company protocols
• Create a feeling of rest and relaxation for guests to drive high retention and retail sales
• Educate guests on services, products, and provide detailed home care prescription plans
• Maintain treatment rooms by setting up, cleaning, restocking, and upholding sanitation/sterilization standards
• Actively promote spa treatments, retail products, packages, and seasonal promotions
• Attend scheduled departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops

Requirements

• Applicable state license for both massage therapy and esthetics
• Accredited/approved training from a massage or skin school
• 12–18 months of preferred experience in a high-end resort or urban spa environment
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and understanding of contraindications for specific techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
