Dual Massage Therapist Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Provide high-end massage therapy and professional esthetic skin treatments adhering to company protocols
• Maintain high standards of guest care to ensure relaxation, high retention, and increased retail sales
• Educate guests on services, products, and personalized home care regimens
• Promote spa treatments, retail products, packages, and seasonal promotions
• Set up, clean, and restock treatment rooms according to luxury spa standards
• Uphold universal health care protocols, sanitation, and sterilization standards
• Perform all services within the professional scope of practice defined by local laws

Requirements

• Applicable state license for both massage therapy and esthetics
• Accredited/approved training in massage and skin/waxing
• 12–18 months of experience in a high-end resort or urban spa environment preferred
• Thorough knowledge of anatomy and contraindications for various treatments
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong verbal communication skills and computer literacy
• Professional demeanor with a cooperative and positive attitude
