About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and articulate incoming transfer credits for first-time students in accordance with University policies.
- Manage the Dual Enrollment program by working with high school administrators, teachers, and students to implement strategic recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with advising representatives and academic communities to increase the transfer student population.
- Coordinate Transfer Open Houses and recruitment activities to support student transition and admission.
- Develop local community partnerships to grow the Dual Enrollment program, including extensive travel within the state.
- Organize registration days and visit schools to assist students with applications and present program information.
- Provide high-quality customer service to prospective and current students via in-person, phone, and email communication.
- Maintain accurate student records and manage communication plans to engage transfer prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 1-3 years of experience working with college students in a university setting.
- Proficiency with Radius CRM and Ellucian (Datatel).
- Strong skills in office automation, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems effectively.
- Commitment to working within a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience providing customer service to international and veteran populations.
