Dual Diagnosis Clinician

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and dual diagnosis services including individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and substance use education
• Use evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and harm reduction
• Support consumer empowerment and recovery through trauma-informed care and community integration
• Coordinate and manage care as a primary case manager, including treatment planning and assessments
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings and the 24/7 on-call rotation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Massachusetts license (LADC, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW) or license eligibility
• Experience working with adults with substance abuse disorders
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
