About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and dual diagnosis services including individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and substance use education
- Use evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and harm reduction
- Support consumer empowerment and recovery through trauma-informed care and community integration
- Coordinate and manage care as a primary case manager, including treatment planning and assessments
- Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings and the 24/7 on-call rotation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Massachusetts license (LADC, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW) or license eligibility
- Experience working with adults with substance abuse disorders
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
