About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Diabetes Transformation Project (DTP) through administrative, project, and research evaluation tasks.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinic staff, clinicians, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Assist with patient and family engagement, including collecting feedback on educational materials and organizing engagement meetings.
  • Support the development of educational pathways by tracking clinician feedback and coordinating with the Digital Lab.
  • Administer surveys and qualitative data collection tools for DTP studies and evaluation activities.
  • Assist in compiling data for ethics applications, amendments, and renewals.
  • Develop and update REDCap electronic consent forms and surveys.
  • Support the Principal Investigator with literature reviews and annotated bibliographies.
  • Maintain secure paper and electronic project documentation and research records.

Requirements

  • High school graduation with at least two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant discipline or technical program.
  • Experience using REDCap for electronic consent and survey administration.
  • Experience engaging and communicating with diverse stakeholders and project participants.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.
