DTC Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas consumer relationship growth system by driving market results through lifecycle economics and operating cadence
• Execute lifecycle programs including welcome, onboarding, cart abandonment, replenishment, win-back, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor cohort performance, such as 30/60/90 day retention and repeat purchase rates, to identify optimization opportunities
• Manage commercial P&L performance by executing promotional calendars, pricing, and merchandising strategies
• Optimize conversion funnel performance across landing pages, PDPs, and checkout processes
• Coordinate cross-functionally with IMC, Data, Product, and Operations teams to ensure campaign readiness
• Utilize CRM/CDP platforms to activate audience segments and lifecycle triggers
• Maintain dashboards and reporting for lifecycle and DTC KPIs to support business reviews

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in DTC, eCommerce, or digital commerce
• Proven experience executing lifecycle programs, campaigns, and site optimization
• Strong working knowledge of revenue drivers, conversion funnels, and CAC/LTV fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with retention programs, CRM campaigns, and managing cohort metrics
• Demonstrated ability to deliver growth outcomes by coordinating across product, data, brand, and operations teams
