DTC Manager - eCommerce, Korea

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute direct-to-consumer go-to-market strategies to drive revenue, customer transactions, and conversion rates in Korea.
• Manage day-to-day trading, maintenance, and content of DTC websites and brand stores on various marketplaces.
• Lead and implement new e-commerce opportunities to ensure a best-in-class consumer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, distribution, legal, and logistics to ensure seamless online-to-offline experiences.
• Manage the DTC P&L for Korea and contribute to financial forecasting and business planning.
• Oversee e-commerce fulfillment processes to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing reporting on sales, digital campaigns, website analytics, and customer engagement metrics.
• Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce executives, admins, and specialists.

Requirements

• Strong experience in e-commerce management, including online merchandising, sales, fulfillment, and logistics across brand-owned and 3rd party platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise-level web platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.
• Proven experience managing projects involving platform changes, upgrades, and technology integrations.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English (oral and written).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with web analytical and marketing tools.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and process implementation.
• High attention to detail with the ability to execute tasks with a sense of urgency.
