DTC Manager - eCommerce, Korea

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute direct-to-consumer go-to-market strategies to drive revenue, customer transactions, and conversion rates in the Korean market.
• Lead, implement, and champion new e-commerce opportunities and ensure a best-in-class consumer experience.
• Manage all e-commerce platforms, including content, technical aspects, and uptime.
• Oversee the e-commerce fulfillment process and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure a seamless online-to-offline experience.
• Manage the DTC P&L for Korea and contribute to financial forecasting and business planning.
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce executives, admins, and specialists.
• Provide ongoing reporting on sales, digital campaigns, website analytics, and customer engagement metrics.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across marketing, finance, distribution, legal, and global teams, as well as external agencies and vendors.

Requirements

• Strong experience in e-commerce management, including online merchandising, sales, fulfillment, and logistics across brand-owned and 3rd party marketplaces.
• Experience working with enterprise-level web platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Big Commerce.
• Proven experience managing projects involving platform changes, upgrades, and technology integrations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English (oral and written).
• Experience with web analytical and marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce technology, including payment processes, CRM, and automation.
• Proven budget management and process implementation skills.
